Morgan is a tattoo artist at Neon Dragon Tattoo and Body Piercing of Hiawatha, Iowa. She has been tattooing since late 2011, and has been a quick study. Morgan is never satisfied with her work and always strives to be better, and better, and better. She takes extra pride in her flowers, custom script, and "neo traditional new school" work, but will do any style with the same determination for perfection.
